半夏酒糊外用对大鼠外伤血瘀模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏酒糊外用对大鼠外伤血瘀动物模型的影响。方法:采用定量重物击伤法造大鼠外伤血瘀模型,观察大、小剂量半夏酒糊组对外伤性血瘀模型大鼠受损组织症状积分、右后肢周长变化、血液流变学和病理变化的影响。结果:与模型组比较,大、小剂量半夏酒糊组均可显著减小右后肢周长变化值,显著降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血高切、低切还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、全血低切相对黏度(P<0.01);大剂量半夏酒糊组可显著降低红细胞刚性指数、全血高切相对黏度、红细胞变形指数及大鼠右后肢损伤症状积分(P<0.01);小剂量半夏酒糊组可明显降低红细胞刚性指数、全血高切相对黏度及大鼠右后肢损伤症状积分(P<0.05)。结论:半夏酒糊对外伤血瘀动物模型具有好的治疗作用。Objective： To explore the external curative effect of Pinellia ternata with wine adjustable paste on traumatic blood stasis rat model. Methods： Use the quantitative weight wounded method to make traumatic blood stasis rat model. Observe the effect of high and low-dose of Pinellia ternata with wine adjustable paste on symptom scores and perimeter change of the wounded limb, Hemarheology, Pathological change on blood stasis skin tissues of traumatic blood stasis model rat. Results： The high and low-dose of Pinellia ternata with wine adjustable paste can remarkably reduce the section perimeter of the wounded limb before and after the mould made, notably lessen whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, the whole blood viscosity reduction high cut, the whole blood viscosity reduction low cut, the aggregate degree of erythrocyte, the whole blood viscosity relatively low cut and histopathological change about rats（P〈0.01）. The high dose can notably bring down erythrocyte index of rigidity, the whole blood viscosity of relatively high cut, red blood cell deformed exponent and significantly symptom scores of damaged tissue of rats（P〈0.01）. The low dose can evidently educe erythrocyte index of rigidity, the whole blood viscosity of relatively high cut and significantly symptom scores of damaged tissue（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pinellia ternata with wine adjustable paste has good external curative effect on traumatic blood stasis model.
