摘　　要：目的:运用理想点法(TOPSIS)、层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法综合评价中医综合方案治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:基于辨证治疗方案多维指标数据和评价指标权重,构建综合评价模型,分别运用TOPSIS法、AHP法和模糊综合评价法评价中医综合治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:TOPSIS法综合评价指数试验组(0.748)高于对照组(0.252);AHP法综合评分指数试验组(1.1407)高于对照组(0.9102);模糊综合评价法最大隶属度试验组(0.2779)大于对照组(0.2655)。结论:3种综合评价方法均显示中医综合治疗方案的临床疗效试验组均优于对照组,能够适用于中医药多维结局指标综合评价研究。Objective： Adopting the technique for order preferenceby similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS） and analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approachs to evaluate the clinical effectiveness fot the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment project with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： Based on COPD syndrome differentiation multidimensional indexes datas and evaluation index weight, the research constructed the comprehensive evaluation models and evaluated the clinical effectiveness fot the TCM treatment project by the TOPSIS and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approachs. Results： The comprehensive evaluation indexs of the experimental group （0.748） was higher than those of the control group（0.252） with the TOPSIS. The integrated assessment indexs of the experimental group（1.1407） were better than those of the control group（0.9102） with the AHP. The maximum membership of the experimental group（0.2779） was better than that of the control group（0.2655） with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approachs. Conclusion： The clinical effectiveness of the experimental group with the TCM treatment protocols were better than those of the the control group by the the three comprehensive evaluation approachs. The three methods could be suitable for the comprehensive evaluation study of multidimensional outcomes indexs of TCM.
