比较针刺不同经穴对健康人心率即时效应的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺不同经穴对健康人心率即时效应的影响,探讨经脉穴位与脏腑的相对特异性。方法:针刺60名健康人不同穴位,观察针刺前后心率的变化,比较针刺不同穴位对心率即时效应的影响。结果:各穴位针刺前后心率比较无显著性差异;各穴位心率幅值变化,内关和其它穴位比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),外关和其它穴位比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者之间比较无显著性差异;针刺内关和外关对不同心率组的心率影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心包经和三焦经穴位对健康人心率的良性双向调整作用,和胃经、脾经、胆经、肝经、大肠经穴位相比具有相对特异性,心包经和三焦经要优于其它经脉。Objective： To observe the transient effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy people, explore the correlation between meridians, acupoints and organs. Methods： Acupuncturing different acupoints in sixty healthy people, changes of heart rate were observed, compare the effects of difference in heart rate. Results： There was no significant difference before and after acupuncture on heart rate. The heart rate amplitude changed highered after acupuncture in neiguan and waiguan （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, no statistic difference between them. The influence of different heart rate group has significant difference after acupuncture by neiguan and waiguan （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pericardium meridian, tripe energizer meridian have good and twoway regulatire effect on heart rate of healthy people, there was significant difference relative to stomach meridian, spleen meridian, gallbladder meridian, liver meridian, large intestine meridian on correlation between meridians and internal organs, the meridian itself and the exterior-interior meridian are better than others.
