摘  要:目的:比较15个产地人参中4种氧化还原酶的活力差异。方法:采用中性磷酸缓冲溶液提取粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活力。结果:POD活力以吉林省敦化青钩子乡和吉林省安图万宝镇人参活力较高,吉林省抚松黄泥村人参活力最低;CAT活力以安图万宝镇人参活力最高,黑龙江省穆棱市人参活力最低;PPO活力以安图万宝镇人参活力最高,黑龙江省牡丹江市人参活力最低;APX活力以吉林省通化市通化县人参活力最高,抚松板石河村人参活力最低。15个不同产地样品可聚为5类。结论:POD、CAT、PPO、APX活力可以作为人参种源区域划分的内在指标。Objective: To compare activities of 4 kinds of oxidoreductase in ginseng from 15 origins. Methods: Neutral phosphate buffer was selected to extract crude extract. UV was applied to determine the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), polyphenol oxidase (PPO), and ascorbate peroxidase (APX). Results: Activity of POD was highest in ginseng from Green hook town in Dunhua city and Wanbao town in Antu city. Activity of POD was lowest in ginseng from Huangni village in Fusong city. Activity of CAT was highest in ginseng from Wanbao town in Antu city. Activity of CAT was lowest in ginseng from Mnling city in Heilongjiang province. Activity of PPO was highest in ginseng from Wanbao town in Antu city. Activity of CAT was lowest in ginseng from Mudanjiang city in Heilongjiang province. Activity of APX was highest in ginseng from Tonghua county in Tonghua city. Activity of APX was lowest in ginseng from Banshihe village in Fusong city. 15 samples from different areas can be clustered into five categories type. Conclusion: POD, CAT, PPO, APX activity of ginseng can be used as the inner indicators for region division of provenance.
