摘　　要：阮士怡教授从医将近70年,学贯中西,医学建树不胜枚举。阮老深入研习了《黄帝内经》,从整体思想出发,倡导治未病、治病求本、正气存内邪不可干的中医理念,病证结合,提出治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病的"益肾健脾软坚散结"治疗大法,文章列举阮老临证验案三则,介绍阮老益肾健脾软坚散结法在胸痹等病症中的应用,中西医结合思想在辨治疾病中的体现以及方药特色。文中将医案与论述并举,以更明确生动的方式阐释这三方面内容。Professor RUAN Shi-yi engaging on medicine for nearly 70 years, has thorough knowledge of both Chinese and western medicine, makes huge contribution to medicine. Professor RUAN studies Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor deeply, on the basis of holism concept, advocates the TCM concept such as preventive treatment of disease, treating disease from the root,keeping healthy Qi in inner body avoiding the hit of evil Qi, combining disease and syndrome, and proposes ＇replenishing kidney strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm dissipating accumulation method＇ to treat atherosclerotic disease. This article just lists three medical cases, as to introduce the usage of professor RUAN＇s replenishing kidney strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm dissipating accumulation method in chest obstruction treatment, TCM and western medicine combination concept in treatment as well as prescription character. The article plus medical case and discussion together reflects these three contents more clearly and vividly.
