乌梅丸加减治疗帕金森病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价以乌梅丸加减的帕病1号方、帕病2号方对帕金森病(PD)的疗效。方法:将66例合格受试者随机分为两组各33例。试验组采用帕病1号或帕病2号汤剂加美多巴片治疗,对照组给予美多巴片治疗。两组疗程均为3月。结果:试验组患者治疗后的右手计时运动试验、日常活动积分、运动功能积分及总积分、大便性状、睡眠情况较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗前后观察指标改善不明显或无改善。结论:以乌梅丸加减的帕病1号及2号方治疗PD具有较好的临床疗效,可在一定程度上达到改善患者生存质量的目的。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Parkinson＇s disease （PD） Formula I and Parkinson＇s disease Formula Ⅱ based on modified Wumei Pills. Methods： 66 patients with PD were randomized into 2 groups with 33 in each. Subjects in trail group were administered with PD I Formula or PD II Formula decoction of TCM and western medicine madopar, while subjects in control group received madopar only. The treatment courses of both groups were 3 months. Results： In trail group, timing exercise test of right hand, the scores of daily activities （UPDRS II）, the scores of exercise functian and the total socres （UPDRS III）, the shape and properties of stool and sleep quality were significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.05）. In control group, the observation factors of patients had no obvious or little improvement after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： PD I Formula and PD U Formula based on modified Wumei Pills had good curative effects which raised the quality of life of patients with PD to some extent.
