摘　　要：目的:通过临床试验考证三位一体中医综合方案对常压型脑积水患儿智能和运动功能的改善。方法:通过对108例1-6岁符合常压型脑积水诊断的患儿分别实施三位一体中医综合方案或空白对照方案6个月,对所有病例治疗前后DST筛查智力能区、运动能区、社会适应能区变化的观察分析,探讨本中医综合方案对该年龄段患儿智能和运动功能提高的疗效。结果:两组患儿治疗前后比较可见,治疗组患儿智能和运动功能等观察指标均有显著提高,而对照组患儿智能和运动功能等观察指标略有提高,但不具有统计学意义。结论:三位一体综合方案对1-6岁常压型脑积水患儿智能和运动功能提高有显著疗效,具有临床推广和应用价值。Objective： To explore the improving of intelligence and movement function of children with normal pressure hydrocephalus by adopting the trinity TOM comprehensive program by clinical trials. Methods： Six months of the trinity TCM comprehensive program or blank control program were adopted to 108 children aged 1-6 with normal pressure hydrocephalus, observed and analyzed variation on DST screening intelligence area, motor area and social adaptation area before and after treatment of all cases, and explored efficacy of this TCM comprehensive program to improve intelligence and movement function of children at that age. Results： Indexes of intelligence and movement function had been improved before and after treatment in both groups. The observation indexes of intelligence and movement function of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The trinity comprehensive program had a significant curative effect on improving of intelligence and movement function of children aged 1-6 with normal pressure hydrocephalus, and had a clinical applying value, which was worth of application.
