摘　　要：引入组织项目管理成熟度模型的概念,运用该模型的5个层次(通用术语、通用过程、单一方法、基准比较和持续改进)对上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司的组织项目管理成熟度进行分析。同时,基于该公司目前存在的问题,文章提出组织提高到更高层次需要实施的关键活动。The paper firstly introduces maturity model of organizational project management and then analyzes the maturity of organizational project management in SGMW through the application of five levels of the model, namely, general term, general process, single method, benchmarking comparison and constant improvement. Furthermore, according to the current existing problems, the paper advances that crucial activities need undertaking if the organization has been moved to upper level.
