摘　　要：通过分析传统经编短切毡型双轴向设备生产过程中存在的坯布单位面积质量误差较大,坯布针孔大,坯布不美观,玻纤织物编织工艺单一,送经张力不稳定,复合针使用成本高等问题。研究设备对应存在的问题,并针对问题进行设备创新改造。By analyzing the problems found in the manufacture of biaxial fabric with a csm using traditional stitching machines, such as big deviation of mass per unit area of fabric, big needle holes in the fabric, single way for glass fiber stitching, unstable warp let-off tension and high cost of compound needles, the corresponding equipment shortcomings were found out, according to which the equipment was modified and updated
