摘  要:目的为了更好地早期检测出动脉硬化,设计一种结果准确、操作方便的人体动脉硬化检测仪。方法该仪器通过同步检测人体心电和四肢动脉脉搏波信号,利用小波变换对信号滤波处理和心电、脉搏波特征点检测,基于示波法原理计算四肢血压,并根据脉搏波起始点计算脉搏波传导延时进而求出踩臂脉搏波传导速度,再根据踝臂指数和臂踝脉搏波传导速度对动脉硬化进行评估。本系统基于8051 F120单片机开发设计,实现心电和四肢脉搏波的同步检测。系统软件采用Visual C#进行开发,完成数据库管理、数据采集及算法实现、检测结果存储与打印等功能。结果该动脉硬化检测仪测试结果准确,操作方便。结论该动脉硬化检测仪基本达到预期目标,但需在硬件设计和算法上加以改进和提高。Objective In this paper we design an aceurate and convenient arteriosclerosis examination system to detect arteriosclerosis early. Methods This system can synchronously detect ECG and limb arterial pulse wave signals, applying wavelet transform to denoise and detect characteristic points of ECG and pulse wave signals,adopting oscillometric method to calculate blood pressure and ankle-brachial index,utilizing start point of pulse wave to calculate pulse transmit time and ankle-bracial pulse wave velocity. Then arteriosclerosis is assessed based on ankle-brachial index and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity. This system achieves the synchronous detection of ECG and limb pulse wave signals based on 8051F120 microcontroller. The system software is Visual C #development to accomplish the database management, data acquisition and algorithm implementation, storage and printing of test results. Results The experiments show that the system is easy to operate and can effectively assess arteriosclerosis. Conclusions This arteriosclerosis examination system reaches the design target and may be improved in hardware design and algorithm.
