摘 要:目的随着便携式监护仪的日益普及,电池管理已成为评估监护仪性能的重要指标之一。考虑到监护仪的特殊性和安全性,设计一套监护仪双电池平衡充热备份智能管理方案。方法采用BQ24703对锂电池进行充电控制,双电池热备份则确保了主电池突然掉电时能够及时切换副电池进行供电。利用PIC16F877A管理电池,通过SMBUS协议与BQ2085通信准确获取电池容量,同时利用BQ29311对锂电池组进行平衡充电,保证每节电池的容量得到充分的利用。在充电保护电路端,采用S-8244和索尼锂电池专用熔丝SFH-1412A对其进行二次保护,提高了电池的安全性和可靠性。结果本方案完全可以给监护仪提供稳定安全的供电。结论本方案不仅增强了监护仪的持续工作能力,也满足了临床使用要求。Objective With the increasing popularity of portable monitor, power management had become one of the most important indicators to assess the performance of the monitor. Considering the specialty and security of the monitor,we designed an intelligent management solution for monitor by using dual-battery balanced charge and hot backup. Methods In this solution, BQ24703 was used to control the charge of lithium batteries,dual-battery and hot backup were used to ensure that vice-battery could supply power timely in case the main battery being out accidently. Using PIC16F877A for battery management,we obtained battery capacity more accurately through the communication between PIC16F877A and BQ2085 by SMBUS. Meanwhile, using BQ29311 to charge the lithium batteries,we ensured that each battery could be fully used. In the circuit for charging protection,we utilized S-8224 and SFH-1412A (the fuse dedicated for Sony lithium battery)for twice protection to enhance the security and reliability of battery. Results This program provided a stable and secure power supply to the monitor. Conclusions This system not only enhanced the monitor's continued working ability,but also met the clinical requirements.
