地下水开发利用与保护对策——以唐山市为例

摘　　要：介绍了唐山市自然地理及区域水文地质概况,对该市地下水资源开发利用现状进行系统分析,并指出唐山市地下水资源在开发利用过程中出现的超采、污染等问题。提出要从加强管理、建立健全法律法规、提高科技手段等方面入手,进一步合理开发利用和保护唐山市地下水资源,实现水资源的可持续利用。This article described the physical geography and the regional hydrogeological profiles of Tangshan City, made the systematic analysis on the status of development and utilization. The overexploitation, pollution and other issues in that process were pointed out. Some proposals that by means of strengthening the management, improving laws, regulations and technology were put farward to the get rational development, utilization and protection of groundwater resources, there by further achieving the water resources sustainable utilization.
