老年腹股沟疝开放式无张力修补术后并发症分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用开放式无张力修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝术后可能出现的并发症及其原因。方法选取20例采用开放式无张力修补术治疗且术后发生并发症的老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其术后并发症情况，并对比术前有无合并其他内科疾病的患者术后并发症发生频率。结果20例患者术后出现切口感染、皮下血肿等6种不同的并发症；术前合并其它内科疾病的患者术后并发症发生的频率（64．29％）高于术前无其他合并症的患者（35．71％）；随访得知并发症均得到有效控制，无复发患者。结论开放式无张力修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝虽可产生一定并发症，但仍不失为一种效果显著的手术方法。Objective To explore the possible postoperative complications of open tension-free repair of inguinal hernia in elderly patients and the related causes. Methods 20 elderly patients who had undergone open tension-free repair and had developed postoperative complications were included in this study. The postoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed ; and the incidence rates of complications in thoses without any pre- existing medical conditions were compared. Results 20 patients developed six kinds of complications including incision infection and subcutaneous hematoma. The incidence rate was higher in patients with preexisting medi- cal conditions （64.29%） than in those without preexisting medical conditions（35.71% ）. The complications were effectively controlled and no recurrence developed. Conclusions Although open tension-free repair of inguinal hernia has some complications in elderly patients, it is still a surgical procedure with significant efficacy.
