七叶神安片对治疗肾病综合征患者焦虑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶神安片治疗肾病综合征患者焦虑的疗效。方法选择60例肾病综合征患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组除了常规治疗还加用七叶神安片。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价两组患者治疗前后焦虑情况，比较两组效果。结果治疗组治疗后的SAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论七叶神安片有助于改善肾病综合征患者焦虑情绪，提高治疗依从性，促进健康行为。Objective To explore the efficacy of Qiye Shen＇an pill for anxiety in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and con- trol group, 30 for each group. The two groups were treated with conventional drug; in addition, the treatment group was treated with Qiye Shen＇an pill .The Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） was used to evaluate in all pa- tients of both groups before and after the treatment of anxiety. The efficacies of the 2 groups were compared. Re- sult After the treatment, SAS score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Qiye Shen＇an pill can relieve the anxiety of patients with nephrotic syndrome, improve treatment compliance, and promote healthy behaviors.
