RP—HPLC测定消栓通络胶囊中丹参素、丹酚酸B的含量

摘　　要：目的建立消栓通络胶囊中有效成分丹参素和丹酚酸B的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色法。色谱柱为ZorbaxEelipseSB—C柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇（A）和1．0％甲酸（B）梯度洗脱；检测波长为280nm；流速为1．0ml·min-1柱温25℃。结果丹参素平均回收率为99．97％，RSD=O．87％（n=6）；丹酚酸B平均回收率为98．78％，RSD=O．92％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好，为全面控制和评价消栓通络胶囊的质量提供了可靠的方法。Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of tanshinol and salvianolic acid B, the effective components, in Xiaoshuantongluo capsules by RP-HPLC. Methods This detection was conducted with a column of RP-C18 （Zorbax Eclipse SB-Cls, 150 mm 4.6 mm, 5 μ m） by HPLC at 25 %. The detected samples were eluted with methanol （A） and 1.0% （v/v） formic acid （B） as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml＇min-1; the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the sample injection volume was 10 ~ 1. Results The average recovery rate was 99.97% for tanshinol （RSD = 0.87%, n = 6） and 98.78% for salvianolic acid B （RSD = 0.92%, n = 6）. Conclusions This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it is a reliable method for assessing the quality of Xiaoshuantongluo capsules.
