妊高征血浆环核苷酸含量的变化

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血浆环核苷酸在妊高征中的变化以及作用。方法 :采用竞争性蛋白结合分析的方法及其放射免疫方法测定 2 5例重度妊高征和 2 7例正常妊娠晚期妇女 (对照组 )血浆中环磷酸腺苷 (c AMP)和环磷酸鸟苷 (c GMP)的含量。结果 :妊高征患者血浆 c AMP和 c GMP的浓度远远高于正常对照组 ,并且妊高征产后组明显低于产前组。产前 c AMP与产后平均动脉压 (MAP)之间呈明显的负相关。结论 :c AMP和 c GMP在妊高征中表现出相互协同的作用 ,共同拮抗细胞内 Ca2? Objective:To evaluate the effect of the plasma cyclic nucleotide in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension.Methods:To observe the level of the plasma cAMP by radio competitive protein binding assay and level of the plasma cGMP by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results:The contents of the plasma cAMP and cGMP were significantly higher in PIH group than those in the controls.Plasma cAMP showed the negative correlation to postpartum MAP.Conclusion:cAMP and cGMP had synergy on antagonizing the contraction evoked by Ca 2+ .This was an effective compensatory protective mechanism of PIH.
