摘　　要：目的 :观察龙寿丹对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞和血小板功能的影响效应。方法 :6 0例急性脑梗死患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 30例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加龙寿丹 0 .4 ,tid,连续 2 1d,并于治疗前后进行神经功能评估与血管内皮细胞和血小板功能测定。结果 :龙寿丹治疗后在神经功能明显改善的同时 ,血管内皮细胞和血小板功能亦得以改善。结论 :龙寿丹具有保护血管内皮细胞和改善血小板功能的作用。WT5HZ]Objective:[WT5BZ]To observe the clinic effection and vascular endotheliocyte and platelet function in patients with cerebral infarction after longstand treatment.[WT5HZ]Methods:[ST5BZ][WT5BZ]60 cases with acute cerebral infarction here randomly divided into 2 -groups by hospitalize sequence:treatment group and control group,each group include 30 cases and the basis of treatment is the same.The treatment group given longstand 0.4,three times per day in the basis of routine treatment,and continue 21 days.We evaluated the neurological function and detected the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet function before and after longstand treated.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]After longstand treated only the neurological function improved markedly,but also the vascular endotheliocyte and platelet function are enhanced obviously too.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Longstand has the effection to protect vascular endotheliocyte and improve the platelet function.
