摘  要:振动监测是各种设备最为重要的监测手段之一,但目前尚无可直接应用于煤矿井下的振动加速度传感器,导致振动监测很难在煤矿井下开展。研制的"本质安全型振动加速度传感器"内装IC—集成电路放大器,体积小且易安装,通过矿用阻燃电缆连接信号调理模块,由本安电源为信号调理模块供电,从而为振动加速度传感器供电,并实现振动信号的调理功能。本设计体积小、易安装,通过采集标准振动信号及井下实验已证明设计的正确性,目前已获得"煤安证书"。Vibration monitoring is the most important monitoring method of all kinds of equipment,but it is hard to find a suitable type of vibration acceleration transducer which can be applied in underground coal mine directly at present.So it's difficult to carry out vibration monitoring in coal mine development.'Intrinsically Safe Vibration Acceleration Transducer' adopts built-in integrated circuit amplifier.It's small and easy to be fixed.The signal conditioning module,which is connected with the transducer by mining flame-retardant cable,is used to modulate vibration signals.The power of the vibration acceleration transducer is supplied though signal conditioning module which is powered by a intrinsically safe power.The design of small size,easy to install,and the correctness of the design has been proved by collecting standard vibration signals and underground experiment.Meanwhile,the corresponding'Coal Mine Safety Certificate'is being applied for the transducer.
