摘　　要：主要介绍了一种新型宽带圆极化天线,分析了天线的结构设计以及工艺要求,对天线制造的工艺设计和工艺路径的确定进行了详细阐述,提出采用发泡工艺来解决天线单元的支撑问题。分析了主要工艺技术难题,提出了精度分配、工艺过程控制以及制作相应工装夹具等,以保证天线的高精度装配。Mainly introduce a new type of broadband circularly polarized antenna, analyze the structure design and technical requirements of the antenna, expatiate the technical design, process and methods of antenna manufacture in detail, Put forward to adopt foam technology to support the antenna unit. Analyze main technological difficulties; Put forward the solutions such as precision assignment, technological process control, workmanship facility design to ensure high precision assembly of the antenna.
