摘 要:结合三峡库区小城镇垃圾处理规模、经济水平以及技术水平等因素,探讨了一镇一处理设施的卫生填埋和区域性联合集中处理即卫生填埋、堆肥+卫生填埋、焚烧+卫生填埋4种模式。在分析不同的垃圾处理模式的基础上,建立了三峡库区小城镇垃圾处理模式综合评价指标体系,并对4种垃圾处理模式进行科学评价,结果表明:在适宜的运输距离范围内,采用区域性联合集中处理(堆肥+卫生填埋)可较好解决库区小城镇的生活垃圾处理和管理问题。Combining with waste treatment scale, economic level and technical level of small towns in Three Gorges Area, four kinds of treatment models were discussed, including separate treatment facility in each town (landfill model) , centralized treatment in an appropriate area (landfill model, composting and landfill model, incineration and landfill model). Based on the analysis of the four models, an indicator system of waste treatment comprehensive evaluation for small towns in Three Gorges Area was built. And the four models were evaluated. The result showed that in an appropriate range of transportation distance, the optimized model for domestic waste treatment and management in small towns of Three Gorges Area was centralized treatment in an appropriate area (composting and landfill model).
