摘　　要：结合工程实例介绍酯交换法利用餐厨垃圾制取生物柴油技术,分别从餐厨垃圾的规模和特性、工艺流程、设备参数与主要技术经济指标等方面进行分析。The technology of biodiesel produced with food residue by using transesterification method was introduced according to the engineering practices. And it was analyzed from the aspects of scale and property of food residue, technological process, equipment parameters, and main technical and economical indexes.
