摘  要:设计与制作一种适用于脊柱颈胸段前路微创手术操作的自动拉钩系统,并在新鲜尸体标本上进行模拟手术。通过模拟手术证实了该自动拉钩系统能为脊柱颈胸段前路微创手术提供工作通道,并能有效结合椎间盘镜系统,在良好的照明和显微放大效果下进行镜下操作。A self-retaining retractor system was designed and made for the minimally invasive anteriorapproach to the cervicothoracic junction (CTJ). And surgical procedures were performed on fresh cadaveric specimens by using this self-retaining retractor system. The surgical procedures were successful. It demonstratedthat this self-retaining retractor system could provide a working channel for the minimally invasive anterior approach to the CTJ. And the self-retaining retractor system could be connected with the diskoscope system sothat the surgical procedures could be performed under the illumilation and magnification of the diskoscope.
