危机管理在地震伤员急救护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析危机管理在地震伤员急救护理中的应用,使地震灾害事件发生后医院能够在最短的时间内为伤员提供最快捷、有效的急救。方法回顾性分析我院在2008年"5.12"汶川地震大型急救工作,进行灾前危机管理、地震灾害危机应对和地震灾害灾后危机恢复情况。结果共救治地震伤员539例,其中成功抢救537例,严重多发伤死亡2例,救治成功率为99.6%。安全转运123例伤员到省外继续治疗。结论重视危机管理,有利于地震灾害事件和其他突发公共卫生事件的有效应对。Objective To analyze the application of crisis management and make the hospital provide the most efficient and effective first aid after the earthquake occurred to the wounded in the shortest possible time.Methods Retrospective analyzed our hospital in 2008 5 ·12 of large earthquake emergency work, to pre-disaster crisis management, Earthquake Disaster Earthquake Disaster response and recovery.Results in crisis management ,first aid in the earthquake played a positive role,to participate in the rescue of the nurses to do orderly, a large number of casualties in the short prompt treatment,treatment success rate of 99.6%. Conclusion Pay attention to importance of crisis management, to seismic disasters ar/d other public health emergencies of an effective response.
