摘　　要：目的:对消癖丸微生物限度检查方法进行验证,保证结果的准确性。方法:采用常规法对消癖丸进行处理后,利用平板计数法进行细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数方法的验证,利用阳性组、阴性组对照进行控制菌检查方法的验证。结果:细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的回收率均高于70%,控制菌检查中,实验组均呈阳性,阴性组均呈阴性。结论:本品可采用常规法进行微生物限度检查。Objective：To verify the microbial limit test for Xiaopi Wan by methodology and ensure the accuracy of the resules. Methods ：The conventional method was used to deal with Xiaopi Wan. The plate counting methods for the bacteria, moulds and yeasts were verified respectively. To verify the detection methods of controlled bacteria by comparisons between negative group and positive group.Results：The recovery rate of each experimental group was higher than 70%.
