蒙药枸杞子-7对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-8含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察枸杞子-7对子宫内膜异位症大鼠IL-8的影响,探讨枸杞子-7治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。方法:将60只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,造模成功后分别喂药21d,取其血,检测血液流变学高、中、低切水平及E2、P、IL-8水平。结果:与模型组相比,枸杞子-7高、低剂量组高切和低切明显下降(P<0.05);枸杞子-7高剂量组E2、P、IL-8水平明显下降(P<0.05);枸杞子-7高、低剂量组与米非司酮组比较血液流变学及E2、P、IL-8水平无明显差异(P>0.05);结论:降低血清IL-8含量可能是蒙药枸杞子-7治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制之一。Objective：To observe the effect of Mongoliall medicine Gou Qizi-7 on the IL-8 of rats with endometriosis, and to probe into the nosogenesis and treatment of endometnosis. Metilods：60 healthy female rats well lundomly divided into 6 groups.They were given the medicine a.fter modeling 21d later, Take the blood and the indexes of hemorheology and E2,P、IL-8.Results：Compared with the model group, the hemorheology indexes of the Gou Qizi-7 high and low group improved significandy（P〈0.05）;the E2,P,IL-8 indexes of the Gou Qizi-7 high group improved significantly （P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference between the hemodleology and Ez, P,IL-8 indexes of the Mifepdstone influences group and the Gou Qizi-7 group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Gou Qizi-7 can change the blood serum IL-8 of Endometriosis rats. This is possible One of mectmnism for Gou Qizi-7 on treatment of endometnosis.
