摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿危重呼吸道异物取出术的围手术期护理。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年10月笔者所在医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的92例危重患儿气管支气管异物的护理诊治过程。结果:静脉复合麻醉下91例患儿经硬支气管镜取出异物后痊愈,术中呼吸停止13例,因抢救及时无气管切开及死亡病例。结论:做好心理护理,严密观察病情动态变化,完善术前准备,保持气道通畅,注意并发症的发生,是危重呼吸道异物治疗成功的重要保证。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of serious pediatric foreign bodies in respiratory tract.Methods：92 cases with serious foreign bodies in respiratory tract were analyzed retrospectively,which were collected from department of otolaryngology in Zhengzhou children’s hospital from January 2010 to October 2012.Results：Under total intravenous anesthesia the authors took out foreign bodies by bronchoscope in 91 cases,13 cases had apnea during operation and no tracheotomy and dead case due to effective therapy methods.Conclusion：The ensurance of successful treatment of serious airway foreign body depends on the following：reasonable psychological care strict observation of dynamic changes of the patients,improved perioperative preparation, maintainence of ventilation of airway,and taking precautions against complications.
