摘　　要：企业是国家财富增长的主要贡献者,依托企业设立的国家重点实验室在研究内容、管理制度、技术成果等方面与依托高校院所的国家重点实验室有很大区别。作为新兴事物,企业国家重点实验室应该坚持科研效用最大化、可持续性研究的原则,科学有效地解决发展中遇到的各种问题,从而推动企业成为技术创新研究的主体。Enterprise is the main contributor of national wealth growth. The State Key Laboratory, who had es tablish in the field of alls enterprises, have great differ ence on the research content, management system andtechnical achievement aspects with the state key labora tory of university, institute, etc. As a new thing, the Enterprise State Key Laboratory should stick to the prin ciple that is scientific utility maximization and sustain ability research to solve the various problems encoun tered during the development. Then we can promote en terprise become subjectivity of technical innovation.
