基于钻石模型的中山市古镇灯饰产业集群发展现状研究

摘　　要：文章简要概述了波特钻石模型理论及其发展,基于钻石模型要素从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略结构和竞争、机会、政府等方面研究中山市古镇灯饰产业集群,分析产业集群现状和存在问题,以供进一步开展策略研究。Based on Porter＇s diamond model, Cluster status of Guzhen lighting industry in Zhongshan should be analyzed from such aspects as production factors,demand qualifications, relevant and supporting industries, structure and competition, opportunities and government, which would be used as further research of cluster development strategy.
