波音空客补贴争端对我国补贴大飞机产业的启示

摘　　要：文章首先从战略性贸易理论出发,结合大飞机制造业的产业特殊性探讨在市场经济条件下我国对大飞机产业补助的必要性。然后,梳理了波音空客两大公司的补贴争端经过,并根据我国近年来遭遇反补贴调查的实际情况,阐明将来出口大飞机遭到反补贴诉讼的必然性;最后根据WTO对波音、空客补贴争端的裁决,提出我国在WTO规则下补贴大飞机产业的政策取向。According to strategic trade theory and the particularity of the large aircraft manufacturing industry, this article will first explore the necessity of government subsidies. After reviewing the subsidies dispute between Boeing＆Airbus and the countervailing investigation into Chinese imports launched by other countries these years, this paper illustrates the inevitability of the countervailing duty investigations into China~ export of LCA in future;finally,puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of policies, based on the panel and Appellate Body reports.
