摘　　要：中韩建交二十年间,两国关系取得了迅猛发展。以中韩建交为主要标志,中国对朝鲜半岛政策也发生了明显的变化,中国与朝鲜半岛国家关系进入到一个崭新的时代。目前,中韩关系走到了一个关键的历史时期,既存在重大机遇,也面临一些挑战。相比于经贸领域的广泛交流和深入发展,中韩在政治安保方面的交流与互信尚存"短板"。另外,中韩在一些历史问题、海洋专属经济区划分问题、遣返"脱北者"问题上也存在一定的争议。这些争议往往受到各自民族主义情绪的冲击和影响,极易造成中韩民间感情的相互对立,最终不利于两国关系民意基础的建构。对此,中国应当在充分总结中韩关系发展历程及经验的基础上,做好战略规划和政策制定,不断推动两国关系取得新的更大的发展。Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992 China and South Korea have rapidly and constantly cooperated in the field of politic, economic, security, diplomacy, culture, education, science and technology, sports, personnel exchanges and so on. The two countries＇ relations have made rapid development. Establishing diplomatic relations between China and South Korea as the main sign, China＇s policy for Korean Peninsula has also undergone a significant change, the relations between China and Korean Peninsula are into a new era. Compared with extensive exchanges and development in economic and trade fields, political security exchanges and mutual trust still have ＂short planks＂. In addition, China and South Korea also have disputes in historical problems, marine exclusive economic zone division and North Korean defectors repatriation. These disputes are often influenced by nationalism and will affect China＇s and South Korean folk feelings, finally against constructing the public opinion foundation of relations between the two countries. For this, China should make strategic plan and policy on the basis of flatly summarizing the development experience, and constantly promote the two countries＇ relations achieve new progress.
