摘　　要：农村公共体育服务是制约我国公共体育服务体系建设的瓶颈。运用文献资料、专家访谈法,对西北农村公共体育服务发展过程中所出现服务意识浅薄,管理理念滞后;服务活动扭曲,管理内涵不清;服务经费拮据,管理资金短缺;服务场地简陋,管理设施无序;服务人力不足,管理资源匮乏;服务机制不顺,管理力量薄弱等进行剖析,旨在为西部农村公共服务体系建设提供决策参考。Northwest rural public sports service becomes a bottleneck restricting the constuction of public sports service system in China. Through literature review and expert interviews, this article has analysed problems in the development of public sports service in northwest rural area, tike shallow awareness of service and hysteresis management deeipline, distorted service activity and vague connotation of management, limited services fund and a shortage of management fund, poorly equipped service venue and disordered management facilities, lack of manpower and management resources, and unsmoothed service mechanism and weak management efforts, aiming to provide reference for the construction of western rural public service system.
