摘　　要：立足于我国网络出版知识产权保护现状,借鉴国内外关于网络出版知识产权保护的成功经验,针对期刊网络出版中的知识产权纠纷进行实证分析,开展期刊网络出版者知识产权保护的研究,提出解决我国网络出版者知识产权被侵权的对应措施.Based on the status of the protection of intellectual property for online publishing in China, the successful experiences on the protection at home and abroad were used for reference in this paper. Furthermore, the cases of intellectual property dispute were empirically analyzed and the study on the protection of intellectual property for the periodical web publishers was further developed. Finally, the corresponding measures for the protection of the infringement for the periodical web publishers in our country were put forward.
