摘　　要：近几年,信阳农民合作社发展迅速,但存在覆盖率低、发展水平低,内部运行机制不健全等问题,其主要原因有政策因素、经济因素、人力资源因素和农民合作社自身因素。In recent years, Xinyang farmers cooperative organiz,otions develop rapidly, but they exist some problems. The coverage rate and development level are low, the internal operation mechanism is not sound. The main reasons are policy factors, economic factors, human resources factors and farmers^cooperatives own factors.
