摘 要:针对舟山地区油轮产生的油泥,采用超声波辅助萃取法对油泥进行处理,回收原油.实验研究了超声波频率、超声波功率、水浴温度、超声波作用时间等参数对萃取效果的影响.试验结果表明:相对于其他频率,28kHz的超声波频率更有利于提高油泥的原油回收率;当水浴温度从25℃升到55℃时,原油回收率从93.89%增加到97.60%;当超声波功率从0提高到600W时,原油回收率从75.71%提高到97.55%;当超声波作用时间为15min时,原油回收率即可达到最大值.通过试验得出超声波辅助萃取的最佳工况为:15min,150 W,28kHz,55℃.在此工况下,油泥含油率从处理前的51.74%降低到1.25%,原油回收率为97.58%.与传统的萃取法(原油回收率为80.05%)相比.超声波辅助萃取法的原油回收率提高了17.53%.Ultrasound assisted extraction method was adopted to recover oil from oil sludge, which were generated in the bottom of ship tankers in Zhoushan District. The effects of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, bath temperature, ultrasonic duration on oil recovery were investigated. The results showed that compared with other ultrasonic frequencies, 28 kHz was beneficial to enhance oil recovery. The oil recovery increased from 93.89% to 97.60% when the water bath temperature was increased from 25 ~C to 55 ~C. With the variation of ultrasonic power from 0 to 600 W, the oil recovery increased from 75.71~ to 97. 550/00. When the ultrasonic duration was 15min, the maximum value of oil recovery was achieved. According to the results mentioned above, the optimum conditions were determined, which was 15 min, 55 ~C, 150 W and 28 kHz. Under this condition, the oil content of oil sludge dropped from 51.74% to 1.25% and the oil recovery of 97.58% was achieved. Compared with the traditional extraction method, by which the oil recovery was 80.05%, the oil recovery was 17.53% higher for the ultrasound assisted extraction method.
