On Economic Transformation and Leap-forward Development in Lüliang City

摘　　要：转型发展是吕梁经济发展的唯一出路。吕梁转型发展的思路及对策是,转变观念,培育经济转型意识;通过各种创新手段,改造提升传统产业;加快转变发展模式,大力发展循环经济;加快发展特色产业,"实现一村一品、一县一业"。Transformation is the only way out of Lüliang economy. To accomplish transformation development in Ltiliang city, the following strategies should be adopted： changing ideas and cultivating the awareness of economic transformation, transforming and upgradi tion by developing circular economy and ng traditional industries by means of innovation, accelerating transforma- accelerating development of special industries.
