摘  要:文中首先简单介绍了IEC 61850标准及其发展现状,分析了其在智能水电站的应用,随后阐述了IEC 61850标准建模技术及模型层次结构,并结合H9000监控系统接入白山电厂智能一体化平台的实际工程,着重介绍了基于IEC 61850标准构建H9000监控系统信息模型的建模技术和主要流程。最后,介绍了该信息模型接入白山电厂智能一体化平台的现场IEC 61850标准通信调试及运行情况。This paper first introduces the IEC 61850 standard and its development briefly, and analyzes the application of this technology in smart hydropower plant. Then, the modeling technology and model hierarchy based on IEC 61850 standard are elaborated. And combining H9000 monitoring and control system to access Baishan hydropower plant smart integration platform with the actual project, the modeling technology and process is introduced emphatically to build the H9000 monitoring and control system information model based on the IEC 61850 standard. Finally, IEC 61850 standard communication debugging and operation of information model having access to Baishan hydropower plant smart integration platform is described.
