摘　　要：介绍了水电厂计算机监控系统的应用现状和发展趋势,提炼了组织改造的原则,重点提出了改造实施过程中的3种方案,通过对比分析明确了各方案的优缺点和选用标准。The application and development trend On the computer supervision and control system for＇hydropower plants is introduced. The principle for organizing technical reform is abstracted. Three reform schemes for the computer supervision and control system are highlighted. By comparative analysis, advantages and disadvantages and selection criteria of the above schemes are identified.
