摘 要:300m级高混凝土面板堆石坝的安全监测设计有别于常规的面板堆石坝,面对近900m宽的坝体断面,其内部变形监测将是一个新的难题。文中简要阐述了高面板堆石坝内部变形监测的重要性,分析了常规面板堆石坝内水平位移监测方法的不足,提出并论证了应用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的串联杆式位移计作为水平位移监测方法的合理性和可能性,提出了采用微位移传感器代替微压传感器作为水管式沉降仪的自动化监测仪器,探讨了在高面板堆石坝沉降监测中采用横梁式沉降仪和水管式沉降仪的必要性,并指出这种组合布置是确保高面板堆石坝混凝土面板施工质量和安全运行的重要保障。重点论述了设置坝体横向和纵向监测廊道的必要性和可能性,纵向廊道对坝体内部变形监测带来的扩展,以及监测廊道对面板堆石坝坝体内部变形监测系统在施工期和未来的运行期可能带来的巨大收益。Different from normal concrete faceplate rockfill dam (CFRD) at safety monitoring design for 300 m high grade CFRD, near 900 m wide of section for dam body will up against, it will be a new difficult problem at the interior deformation monitoring. The significance is expounded briefly about the interior deformation monitoring at high CFRD, it is analyzed that the insufficiency in method at interior horizontal displacement monitoring for normal CFRD, The rationality and feasibility of the method that used series staff extensometer device with CFRP material for monitoring horizontal displacement had bring forward and demonstrated. The automatic monitoring sensor based on macro pressure used to hydraulic overflow settlement cell will instead by macro displacement sensor put forwarded. The indispensability using transom type extensometer and hydraulic overflow settlement cell at settlement monitoring for high CFRD is discussed, and it is indicated that this combination layout will be a important guarantee for construction quality and safety function with concrete faeeplate for high CFRD. The essentiality and possibility for setting up landscape orientation and lengthways gallery in dam body, the interior deformation monitoring at dam body extended by the lengthways gallery, and the tremendous benefit for construction period and future function period is emphasized on.
