摘 要:对广西电网多年来摸索积累的水电经济调度综合策略进行了全面总结及整理,从厂内经济调度、水库计划消落、基于气象水情预报的洪前预泄腾库、汛限水位动态控制、汛末优化蓄水、梯级联合调控及水火电联合优化等方面展开了分析。对策略方案编制、实施步骤、适用时期以及相应成效进行了系统归纳,为水电经济调度迈向规范化、流程化提供参考。同时,结合广西水电特点提出经济调度远景建议和深度发展方向。The composite strategy for hydropower economic scheduling of G.uangxi power grid is comprehensively summarized with the exploration over the years. The in-plant economic operation, reservoir water plan, advance power generation based on meteorological and hydrological forecast, dynamic control of flood control level, optimization water at the end of flood season, joint scheduling of cascade hydropower stations, and joint scheduling of hydropower and thermal power are analyzed. The strategy plan, operation steps, suitable period, and corresponding effectiveness are concluded systematically to provide references for specification and process of hydropower economic scheduling. Moreover, the future proposals and directions of depth development of hydropower economic scheduling are points out combining with characteristics of Guangxi power grid.
