保留股骨颈的人工髋关节假体置换术的手术要点

摘　　要：目的:探讨保留股骨颈人工髋关节假体置换术的手术要点及疗效。方法:采用保留股骨颈的人工髋关节假体置换术治疗48例因各类疾病导致的髋关节损伤患者,术后随访,Harris髋关节评分确定患者术后恢复状况。结果:48例患者手术时间30～50 min,平均40 min。术中出血80～200 ml,平均120 ml。42例术后双下肢等长,6例相差在1cm以内。所有患者下肢术后3个月髋关节功能的Harris评分为94～98分。结论:保留股骨颈的人工髋关节假体置换术具有手术时间短,出血少,固定牢靠,使用寿命长,有利于二次翻修,术后患者髋关节功能恢复优的特点。Objective ：To discuss the results ot the total hip replacement with collum Iemons preserving snort stem prosthesis. Methods ：48 patients treated with total hip replacement preserving short stem prosthesis were involved, scored, and followed up.Results ：The surgery time is 30~50 rain, average 40 rain. Blood loss is 80-200 ml, average 120 ml. 42 patients have equal leg length. The hip function＇s Harris grading of postoperation 3 months is 94~98 points. Conclusion ：Total hip replacement with collum femoris preserving has the advantage of more short operation time, fewer blood loss, more fixed sturdy, longer using life, more convenient recondition, and more faster hip function recovering.
