康惠尔透明贴预防胺碘酮所致静脉炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔透明贴预防胺碘酮所致静脉炎的临床应用价值。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,观察组穿刺成功后用康惠尔透明贴固定留置针,对照组则用普通透明贴固定留置针,进行动态观察,并对两组患者的静脉炎发生率进行分析评价。结果:观察组35例患者静脉炎的发生率为11.4%,对照组患者静脉炎的发生率高达80%,其中Ⅲ级静脉炎发生率为14.3%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:康惠尔透明贴预防胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效明显,操作简单易行,安全无副作用。Objective：To explore the clinical value of Comfeel transparent dressing to prevent phlebitis which caused by amiodarone. Methods：All 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, After puncture success, Comfeel transparent dressing with fixed needle used in the observation group. The common transparent dressing fixed needle in the control group. To analysis and evaluation the two groups of rate of phlebitis.Results：Observation group of 55 patients with the incidence of phlebitis was 11.d%, the control group with the incidence of phlebitis was as high as 80%, which m level phlebitis incidence rate was 14.3%（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Comfeel ransparent dressing to prevent amiodarone phlebitis caused by the efficacy is obvious, the operation is simple, safe and no side effect.
