我国艺术体操集体项目程序化参赛方案模式及应用研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、个案分析等研究方法对艺术体操运动员参赛准备进行研究。结果表明:艺术体操程序化参赛方案包括突发事件应对预案和程序化参赛运行模式两个部分。运用程序化参赛方案将运动员参赛活动进行周密安排与控制,从而提高运动员自信心和自控能力,建立大赛的正确行为和心理定势,优化参赛过程,帮助运动员将竞技能力最大限度的转化为运动成绩。By the method of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and case study, the paper resear- ches the competition entry preparation of rhythmic gymnasts. The results showed that rhythmic gymnastics proce- dural competition entry scheme included two parts, namely, emergency response plans and procedural competition operation mode. Athletes adopting this scheme will carefully and prudently arrange and control the competition en- try activity so as to enhance the confidence and self-control capacity of the athletes, establish correct behavior and mental set of competition entry, improve competition entry process and help the athletes maximize their perform- ance with their own competitiveness.
