摘  要:小浪底水库投入运行后对黄河下游来水、来沙产生了巨大影响.调水调沙则使下游主河槽全线下切、相同流量条件水位降低,改变了引黄闸的引水条件.通过相关数据分析了黄河调水调沙对下游引黄供水的影响.结果表明,黄河在年平均流量下的水位仍能够满足水闸的设计引水要求;辅以工程措施可以解决河道下切对引水带来的不利影响.The operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir has produced huge effects on the runoff and sediment in the lower Yellow River. Wa ter and sediment regulation makes the river channel all cut down, reduces the water level under the same flow conditions, and changes the conditions of the diversion of the Yellow River gate seriously. The paper analyzes the effect of the water and sediment regulation on the Lower Yellow River water supply through the data. The results show that under average annual flow, the Yellow River water level is still able to meet the requirements of the gate design diversion. The problem of adverse effects of the declining of channel level on the water diversion can be solved by taking engineering measures.
