农村青年外出打工对农户种地安排的影响--基于河村经验的分析

摘　　要：曾经寄期望于转移农村剩余劳动力来实现农业生产的现代化。然而,在现代农村社会中,大量农村青年选择外出打工,外出打工的经历塑造了农村青年种地活动的现代习性,如主观意识层面对种地经济活动的排斥、时空距离上与种地活动的事实性隔离以及现代经济理性计算形式对种地活动的否定等。年轻劳动力的缺失,致使老人农业生产安排结构出现了重大的改变,如种植结构形式的变动、外界力量的依附加重、耕作规模的变化等,进而将中国小农农业置于更加不利及不确定性的位置。In modern rural society, a large number of rural young people choose to go out to work, and that experience has shaped their activity habits on cultivation, such as the exclusion consciousness of the farming activities; spatial and temporal distance isolating them from farming activities~ and the denial of farming activities because of the low benefits of agriculture. Therefore, there are few young men who has participation in the farming arrangements, just only old men and women, resulting in dependent on external forces, and changes in farm size, and so on. And changes in the plant structure, also the small-scale farming by individual owners will be placed in more unfavorable and uncertain position.
