摘 要:永磁同步发电机因高功率密度、高效率等特点而被广泛应用于风力发电系统,但是永磁体可能出现的失磁问题会危害发电机的安全稳定运行。以2.5 MW高速永磁同步风力发电机为研究对象,从永磁材料的选择、电磁设计、短路电流对永磁体工作点的影响,以及永磁体装配与应用等方面进行防失磁分析,为大功率高速永磁风力发电机的优化设计提供了一些有意义的参考。Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous generator was applied to the wind power generation systems widely with its specific advantage of high power density and high efficiency. However, the permanent magnet demagnetization would damage the operational safety and stability of the permanent magnet wind generators. A 2.5 MW high-speed permanent magnet synchronous wind generator was researched for the anti-demagnetization problem from following aspects, the choice of permanent magnet material, the electromagnet design, short-circuit current influence on the operating point and assembling application. The research may be meaningful for the design and optimization of high- speed permanent magnet wind generator.
