摘　　要：机械加工中,对精密零件的加工表面、孔的尺寸精度、位置精度及槽的尺寸精度的要求均很高。应制定合理的加工方案,正确处理好各面、孔和槽的相互关系,以保证加工质量。现以涡轮零件的加工为例,对精密零件的加工工艺进行分析。In machining, requests for processing surface, size and position precision of hole, size precision of trough of precise parts are very high. So correlation among surfaces, holes and trough should be deal with correctly to guarantee processing quality. Taking processing of precision turbine wheel part as the example, analysis to the precise parts processing was carried on.
