摘　　要：设计一种新型大型宽厚板坯铸坯机液压控制系统,可以完成设备的自动合模、自动加压、自动保压、自动减压、自动脱模等动作;给出设备的液压控制原理图及电磁铁动作顺序表,着重介绍模具运行过程中的三缸同步运动控制原理、同步误差的消除控制方法及合模保压控制方法等。A new type of hydraulic control system for large slab casting machine was designed. The actions, such as closing mold, increasing pressure, keeping up and reducing pressure, resetting mold, could be accomplished automatically by using the device. The hydraulic control diagram and solenoid valve action sequence table were provided. The cylinder synchronous motion control theory, the synchronization error elimination method and the control of mold locking were illustrated.
