摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的发展,微小光学零件的需求量不断增大,因此针对微小光学零件加工方法的研究也越来越多。介绍超精密金刚石车削、超精密磨削、磁射流抛光和磨料液体射流抛光在微小光学零件加工中的应用。With the development of modern science, the demand of micro-optical components is increasing. So micro-optical components processing method has been researched more and more. The applications of ultra-precision diamond turning, ultra-preci- sion grinding, magnetorheologieal jet polishing and abrasive liquid jet polishing in processing of micro-optical components were introduced.
