摘　　要：为提高X65管线钢质量,对某轧钢厂厚板生产线海底管线钢X65生产工艺进行研究。结果表明:终轧温度和返红温度对产品的Rt0.5/Rm及DWTT值影响明显,终轧温度越低,Rt0.5值越高,Rt0.5/Rm也越高,DWTT值随之降低;返红温度越高,Rm值越低,Rt0.5/Rm越高,DWTT值随之升高。In order to improve the quality of pipleline steel X6b, the productton process ot submarme linepipe steel X65 is studied in this paper. The results show that the finishing temperature and re-reddening temperature will affect Rt,0. 5/Rm arid DWTT value obviously. With the decrease of finishing temperature, Rt0.s and Rt,0. 5/Rm are increased, and DWTT is decreased. With the increase of re-redde- ning temoerature, Rm is decreased, and Rt,0. 5/Rm and DWTT value are increased.
