摘  要:小10-16区块主要开采层位枣Ⅳ、枣Ⅴ属于低孔低渗油藏,储层物性较差,若直接投产则产量较低,与地质配产有一定的差距,必须通过压裂改造措施来实现高效经济开发的目的。但这些储层存在井深、温度高、压裂井段长、储层水敏性强等特点,给压裂工艺提出了新的挑战。为确保压裂井的有效改造及实施效果,优化了压裂工艺、压裂液体系,采取液氮助排、压采联作一次管柱等技术,实现了储层多层改造一次性投产,共投产的22口井初期平均日产液24.9m3,日产油20.4t,取得了良好增产效果。As the main producing layers of small 10-16 block, Zao IV and Zao V, belong to low porosity and low permeability reservoir, with poor physical properties. If directly put into production, there must be a certain gap between geological proration. Therefore, fracturing stimulation should be carried out to achieve the purpose of efficient economic development. However, the reservoirs have the characteristics of deep depth, high temperature, long fracturing well section and strong water sensitivity, which brings new challenges for fracturing technology. In order to ensure effective fracturing stimulation, fracturing technology and fracturing fluid system should be optimized; the liquid nitrogen cleanup technology and pressure mining group as a string technology should be adopted, and then multilayers stimulation at one time can be realized. The application shows good increased effect, with average initial daily liquid of 24.9 m3 and daily oil of 20.4 t.
